Dr. Kowalski and his staff were friendly, attentive to my needs and concerns and barely made me wait in the waiting room at all. They were extremely flexible with my busy schedule and had great communication throughout the pre op and post op processes. I highly recommend ACENT for all your ear nose and throat needs! Thanks Dr. Kowalski and staff for making this process much less stressful than I expected. Dr. Kowalski gave a thorough explanation of what was wrong and the best ways to approach treatment with several options along the way. He was very careful to make this as pain free as possible and the procedure was fairly quick. Followup was so positive and healing incredibly fast. I felt totally safe and secure the whole time. His willingness to explain things and truely listen is what I have only experienced previously with Physician Assistants or Nurse Practioners.
