He told me he had studied my CAT scan and had obtained my records so he was very informed about my history of problems and surgeries with my ear. Dr. Lorenz is very good at cleaning my mastoid cavity out! I get a lot of wax build-up in my mastoid due to surgery where my ear canal was taken apart. He is very careful as to not cause pain and make me too dizzy. He also takes the time to talk about what he is doing and explaining what I need to do to follow-up. He is great! I recommend him to all of my students that I see that need an ENT consult in my educational audiology office!

Just went through surgery for second time and was very apprehensive and unsure. Dr. Lorenz explained very well why the surgery was needed and was transparent about the potential outcome After second follow up feeling good that the surgery was a success and the problems I;ve had could be a thing of the past!
