I knew I needed a cortisone shot and I was very nervous. Dr Manke and his PA explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. When the PA said ok, all done I could not believe it. I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever, amazing!! It was a great visit. The check in process was lengthy, that would be my only complaint.

They wanted me to come back oTuesday . This clearly was t enough time to see if the medication he gave me would work. I asked if I come the following Friday. His nurse came out and rudely stated that the only option I had was to come back on Tuesday (4 days). They explained the doctor wouldn’t be there the next Friday. I asked if I could come back the following FridAy. That’s when his nurse felt like she was going to “handle “ the situation. She said to me that my only option. Was to see Dr B on Friday or see another physician (which would start the whole process over). I again asked if I could come back the following Friday. I again asked if I’m oils come back the following Friday. She rudely stated that Tuesday was my only option. Luckily Dr Bewley came out of the room and resolved the issue.

I actually did not see Dr. Bewley, I saw is physicians assistant, P. Rooney, PAC. He was so patient and compassionate with me! I was in a lot of pain, scared and overwhelmed and he calmed my fears. He did an assessment of my neck, shoulder and back, I began to cry and he handed me a tissue and apologized. It wasn't his fault, the pain was what brought me in. P. Rooney is an "Awesome" PA and I would refer him and Dr. Bewley to anyone with an orthopedic issue! They are a great team!!!

Introduced himself and put me at ease immediately. Discussed previous history. Told him I wanted to schedule knee replacement on other knee and he had Dr. Byrd come in and talk to me. Dr. Byrd checked knee replacement I had done in January. Received injection in left knee. I have always been extremely pleased with the care I have received at this office from providers and office staff. They get you in and out but I never feel rushed or leave with questions. I would highly recommend them for orthopedic care!

After taking a fall, I went to the hospital which took xrays of my foot. They told me nothing was wrong with my foot. Two days later I was in pain and went to Orthonow. They reviewed the hospital's xrays and confirmed my foot was fractured. They put me in a boot and scheduled me a follow up appointment. They are a great practice and I would not hesitate to use them again.
