My experience this morning was very pleasant. When I arrived, I signed in. I had completed all the documents a few days before virtually, which was extremely helpful. I didn’t have to fill out any documents at all. When I arrived the office staff was very friendly. the ENT was down to earth and listened to my concerns. when I went for the hearing test with the audiologist, She provided me with exactly what was going to happen and clear directions on what I was supposed to do. There was not a lot of waiting around time which I really love because I hate wasting time sitting in an office, but everything seem to move very quickly and on time .I am definitely satisfied and would totally recommend this office location to any friends and family. Thanks again!

Dr. Colen was clear in communicating what she was doing to my ears and what she was seeing; I always appreciate that as a patient. The hearing test was handled quickly and that doctor (Dr. Hartman, I believe) was also clear and communicated what was happening, what was being tested. WOW the best doctor i have ever been too!!! every other doctor recommended surgery while Dr. Colen recommended me to take a few vitamins and do a little exercises to help my ear. the Dr. explains everything perfectly, always positive, picks up the phone calls... i wish there were many more Doctors like Dr. Colen
