From my experience seeing Dr. Faye didn't start with meeting her. It started from the front desk with Anastasia who checked me in with excellence and grace customer service. Then I met a US technician/sonographer Chris who completed my ultrasound and listened to my concerns as well as shared his expertise & notes with Dr.Faye. I felt it was a double duo to figure out my concerns and pain. Shortly after I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Faye who took the time to discuss images from the US, treatment plan, and more. Later Ciara from the front desk checked me out and made sure I had access & and resources for third-party contact information. I appreciated my visit with Dr. Faye as a first-time patient with the Center for Vein Restoration-Columbia MD location. To have experienced this amazing team allowed me not to be nervous, felt comfortable, and become knowable too. The provider was professional and provided excellent patient care, but the radiologist and one other staff after finishing to scan my leg gave me a tissue paper to clean off the gel used during this process, then told me the provider will come to get me and left. They did not even lower the bed for me to get off the bed or take out the chair that was used , so I got trapped. Before they even started the scanning, there was no self introduction and explanation done by any of them , then the other staff started by pulling out my leg then began scanning without offering a word to me. Though they did a good job in scanning my legs, my safety and dignity was neglected. I believe in positive criticism and I hope that , my review will help eliminate unintentional errors of this type.
