From the moment I got off the elevator, my experience was great.
The staff at the front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful.
It continued on with the initial meeting with Doctor Stewart and Erica (?) who performed the ultrasound procedure.
It continued on with the Jessica (?) discussing the results of the ultrasound, which for me were good.
It finished with Doctor Stewart discussing the results, possible causes and potential options.
I felt that was I treated professionally by everybody.
At no time did I feel that I did not have a full understanding of the procedures, results or options.
