The entire staff of Digestive Disease Consultants at their Altamonte Springs, FL location were friendly, professional and thorough. This was my first time with this office and I highly recommend them. I went in for my 60 year colonoscopy and Dr. Zapatier was personal, professional, and explained the entire process during my consultation, which relieved my anxiety. A week later I returned from my procedure and again the staff was A+. The pre and post procedural process was flawless.

I was told that if my insurance did not cover the screening procedure 100% I would be notified. After my procedure I received a $700 bill. Office needs better communication with procedure patients.
