We really liked meeting Dr. Katzman. He asked many questions and took his time to explain my husband's condition. We also like that he offers a minimally invasive procedure. We feel confident in his ability to help my husband's severe back pain and actually look forward to having him do the surgery to correct the problem. Dr Katzman performed L3-L4-L5-S1 spinal laminectomy, facetectomy and my results are very satisfactory. AFter about six weeks, I feel better and he assured me it will keep getting better. The only problem I have had was post-operative care and follow up. I wish the practice was more cognizant about calling patients after the surgery to follow-up and returning calls. This is even more important when a patient had a post-surgical complications with anesthesia.

I am so grateful that doctor Katzman took me as his patient he performed an artificial disc replacement for two levels c4 c5 c5c6 on nov 14 2017 and also performed surgery laminectomy foraminotomy and partial facetctomy L4L5 & laminoforaminotomy at L5Si w/o disectomy. i am happy recovering.

Prior to being treated by Dr. Katzman, I had debilitating lower back pain. It got so bad, I had a hard time doing daily activities. With his help, I can provide for myself, do the things I want to do without restrictions. I don't know where I'd be without his help.

This condition deprived me of doing my normal activities since 2007 - I could not stand and walk freely even for a 5-10 minutes. In late 2017, I made a decision go for surgery at NJ Spine and Orthopedic. Dr. Katzman and his colleagues performed surgery. Within 2 weeks into my surgery, I am back to my normal life - I can walk over a mile without any issues! Thank you NJ Spine.
