I had an ACL reconstruction and all phases of recovery with Dr. Bassett went smoothly. She made my family and I aware of what was happening at all times and she met with me frequently to check up on me. She was very attentive to my progress and made sure everything was going well with my physical therapy. She is very thorough and made sure I felt confident about my knee and it's capabilities. We had a great experience and couldn't have chosen a better doctor!

I highly recommend Dr. Bassett for any knee surgery! SHe replaced my ACL (right knee), and it was a better experience than my prior knee surgery from another surgeon. Anna, her assistant, and the staff were the sweetest and most patient.

After suffering a bucket handle meniscus tear, Dr. Bassett explained my injury clearly and went over my options. She recommended meniscus repair surgery and let me know that, while it's not a guarantee, she would do everything possible to save my meniscus. The surgery went well and all of my follow-ups were thorough and optimistic. Four months later, I'm back to normal activity, including softball, and feeling great! Dr. Bassett and Anna are the best!

Dr. Bassett provided the highest level of care for me. I had a meniscotomy after an injury and was in severe pain. Dr. Bassett saw me immediately, scheduled an MRI for that night and personally explained the results to me the next morning over the phone. She then scheduled surgery as soon as possible to assist me as I was still experiencing high levels of pain. Throughout the process, Dr. Bassett took time with me, gave me the highest level of personal attention and performed my surgery with top-notch skill. She is a game-changer. Dr. Bassett made a really bad situation into a pleasant process. I had a ruptured distal bicep tendon and a 6 month old at home. She saw fit me in as quick as she could with a same day appointment from the injury to surgery was only limited to the time requirement of a COVID test. Along the process I stayed on track to her very specific and detailed plan and as long as I was on track she was flexible with my care plan. I hope I never have to see her again, but if I do I know that I am in great hands. Dr. Bassett is by far the best surgeon I have had as a hockey and rugby player I have had a few.

I got referred to Dr. Bassett's office through worker's comp, and that was a blessing in disguise. Dr. Bassett preformed a TTO MPFL surgery on my knee I felt like I was in very capable hands throughout the whole experience and recovery. I am a young person and this was my first major surgery and I felt like I could go to her with absolutely any question I had no matter how big or small and she would take the time to give me a detailed and thought out explanation. She has an incredible bedside manner and explains this in a way that does not give you any treppidations or anxiety. She was very attentive through all 14 months of my recovery and was always available via phone to consult with if I had any issues. Simply stated, I wouldn't go to anyone else for any foot related injuries.

While doing landscaping I heard a pop and watched my bicep curl up, believing I tore my bicep I called Dr. Ashley Bassett’s office to see if I was able to get into. After explaining what happened they were able to squeeze me in. Dr. Bassett immediately knew I tore my bicep and was able to get me for a MRI immediately that day. After reviewing the MRI, it was determined that I need left elbow distal bicep tendon repair. Dr. Bassett made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She constantly explained the next steps and told me what my expectations should be. After the surgery and throughout the follow up appts she was on time and attentive. She kept in constant contact with physical therapist throughout my treatments. Hopefully I never have to do surgery again but if I do I will definitely utilize Dr. Bassett.

The procedure I had done was to repair a tear in the long head of the biceps. The diagnosis was done very quickly and accurately using the results of an mri to determine the urgency of surgery. The mri reveal the tendon was barely hanging on by a threat to its natural attachment location and there was not fear of losing the tendon and complicating surgery. The operation went very smoothly as well as the recovery. Personally I thought that the recovery would take a lot longer. The SLAP tear was also cleaned up and feels better than prior to surgery when sleeping.

The second time was on my left labrum. It is torn from what the MRI showed and Dr.Bassett advised me on her recommendation. Overall I would recommend her for anything she is very competent.
